Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing and terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of SMS Laser & Fabrication Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Drawings and files submitted through our quote form remain your property and are used solely for the purpose of providing a quote and fulfilling your order.

SMS provides this website on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information presented. SMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

You are responsible for ensuring that any files uploaded through our quote form do not contain malicious code. We accept DXF, DWG, PDF, and common image formats. Maximum file size is 4 MB per file.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
